[M&A Related]
Consultation in matters ranging from general M&A to matters such as MBO/going private, internal corporate reorganizations, M&A including development of Proxy Fights, representation in claims for the repurchase of shares from the position of an investor, and operations of the secretariat of the Third-Party Committee from the position of an issuer, etc.

[General Corporate Law]
Consultation for research regarding various transactions, reference to government administration offices, reviewing of contracts, as well as correspondence to labor issues (from the corporate side) 
Also provides guidance and coaching for shareholders’ meetings
