Greeting
I have been supporting all legal aspects of daily business and various transactions of general corporations and investment companies which include giving advice on corporate governance and operation of shareholders meetings. I have also been engaged in dispute resolution cases as well as providing legal services for overall finance field including various kinds of securitization, real-estate business, etc.
After the Lehman Brothers' fall, I have been increasingly engaged in many derivative dispute cases, especially the kinds which involve negotiation with a foreign security company or taking legal actions against them.
