Greeting
I have been supporting all legal aspects of daily business and various transactions of general corporations and investment companies which include giving advice on corporate governance and operation of shareholders meetings. I have also been engaged in dispute resolution cases as well as providing legal services for overall finance field including various kinds of securitization, real-estate business, etc.
After the Lehman Brothers' fall, I have been increasingly engaged in many derivative dispute cases, especially the kinds which involve negotiation with a foreign security company or taking legal actions against them.
Major Achievements
- Obtained the Supreme Court judgement to reverse the case to the high court based on the finding that the contract was void since it violates the purpose and rational of licensing system of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (2019 – 2021)
