Major Achievements

• Advise on the capital and business alliance including the third party allotment of stocks and TOB between Zetton Inc. (Nagoya, Next market) and Adastria Co., Ltd. (TSE prime market) (2021-2022) (Zetton side)
• Securities fraud litigation where the liability of a listed company to indemnify investors was admitted under Article 21-2 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (2017-2021)
• Obtained the Supreme Court judgement to reverse the case to the high court based on the finding that the contract was void since it violates the purpose and rational of licensing system of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (2019 – 2021)
• Advise on the capital and business alliance including the third party allotment of stocks between Demae-can Inc. and Line, etc. (2010)
